WIL mission Statement

The mission of Women in Leadership (WIL) is to serve the Graduate School of Management and the greater Davis and Northern California communities through professional and social activities geared toward the development of women business leaders.

In addition to hosting speaker panels, mentoring and networking opportunities designed to bridge the gender gap in business, WIL has sponsored, hosted or participated in the following activities:

• Annual clothing drive to benefit Wardrobe for Opportunity, a nonprofit organization that provides professional attire and career support for low-income jobseekers
• Small consulting projects for women owned businesses
• Women in Leadership Annual Conference in Berkeley
• UC Davis Center for Women and Leadership Conference
• Coffee talk with Female Professors of the Graduate School of Management
• Joint events with Net Impact and International Business Club
